We all know that people use Mountain bikes and Road bikes for sports, entertainment or competition purposes. 

 A classic bike, city bike, commuter bike  or a utility bike is used for normal daily transportation. People use it to commute to work, to school. Normally , people choose to use Classic bikes in a short range area. like in the city, on relatively flat roads.

They also use classic bikes to cruise on the beach or go for a ride in the suburbs .And in most daily activities.

 During the past, classic bikes were the main means of transporting goods.

 And till today it is still a popular means of transport in developing countries and worldwide. Users can wear normal clothes and shoes when cycling,  special clothes are not necessary.

Classics bikes have a simple design. Because of its purpose it merely brings convenience and comfort to the user, not aimed at speed. The saddle is low, the seat post is soft. The handlebars are slightly curved to give the drivers an upright posture.

Normally, classic  bikes have only one speed or few speeds. The chain box is a closed design  to protect chains from dust. And protect the pants or skirt of riders not stuck to chains while cycling.

 They often have a basket in front and a rack at the back. They can carry necessary items such as food or books, papers..

The Classic bike also has a mudguard, protecting rider’ clothes so they do not get dirty when it rains.

Classic bikes are suitable for all ages .But they are especially suitable for the elderly, because the simplicity no need to adjust the gearbox.

Another preeminent feature is that the bike can stay outdoors. Because it has the ability to withstand harsh climatic conditions 

 What is a Touring bike? 

Touring  bike is a bike that is modified for the purpose of transport over long geographic distances .It can carry luggage for long trips.

Touring bikes are a versatile hybrid of road bikes, and off-road mountain bikes, with a convenience of city bikes.

How is a Touring bike built up?

Usually people will choose a bike,  normally is a hybrid between Mountain bike and Road bike. Then added a luggage rack and fender. Touring Bikes can carry all necessaries of drivers for a long multiple days adventure.
