Prepare yourself for spring bike riding
If the cool from the winter time makes you consume more calories than you need in order to cover for energy that keeps you warm. You may reduce the intake now when outside the sun is brightening.
Cutting sugar, fast food, other craps and changing your diet into well balanced nutritious meals will benefit your overall wellbeing and your outlook as well. The best way is to cook for yourself instead of calling takeaway food. A resource of vitamins and minerals always comes from the fresh meat and vegetables but not from a dry, full of sugar craps.
Changing sugar condensed syrup by taking more fresh fruits and natural juices. And you can easily prepare a mix of juices for you from available spring greens like fresh young cabbage, asparagus , and celery. You can cook them but you also eat them raw or make juice.
Remember drinking more water keeps you hydrated. It boosts your imunitate system.Water takes 70% liquid in your body, lacking it your body system can not function well.
A healthy body will make you want to hop on a bike , as a result.
Prepare your bike for spring bike riding
It is time to check all of your bike’s health. Checking the bike tires to see if they need to be inflated. Adjust the brakes if they are too tight ,or too loose. Clean and lubricate the drivetrain system if the dirt still remains from the last riding as well.
Prepare cycling clothes
In the winter time ,people like to chose the more warm cycling clothes because they keep good temperature. But in spring time a light , dry , warm enough cycling set is a better consideration .
Consider to add some new set of spring cycling clothes to your wardrobe if you think you may need some.
As outside weather is still fresh, shorthand upper body seems not a good choice if you don’t want to get sick from catching colds.
Choose a good shoes
Similar to clothes, spring shoes’ styles are also different compared with winter one.
Be sure to pick a light and comfortable one if you don’t want to trap in the heat of thermal shoes which specialise for winter.
Do some warm- up.
Try some warm- up like walking ,light aerobics,.. It will help to alleviate the sluggish emotion remaining from the winter time and get you ready for a ride.
